Years ago, Sehti Na developed an extensive collection of charms, but a critical technical barrier remained: The Clumping Effect. On the finer chains favored by customers, charms inevitably slide to the center, bunching together and causing mechanical attrition—actually damaging the gold they were meant to adorn.

Sehti refused to release the collection until the fundamental mechanics of charm curation were solved. Existing solutions—silicone bails and bulky spring-levers—were unacceptable.
